The Mu-Eta Chapter is gearing up for another succesful fall rush this year.  Rush Week is the second week of school, August 30th - September 2nd.  Alumni night will be Tuesday, August 31st.  If anyone is interested in rushing or if any alumni know any potentials coming to U of L next year, please contact the Rush Chairman, Taylor Gwynn at jtgwynn@gmail.com. Also, make sure to join the facebook group for fall rush: "RUSH KAPPA SIGMA FALL 2010 @ The University of Louisville." There will be plenty of information on there about dates, food, and our rush theme.  Hope to see everyone out!

The Mu-Eta Chapter is again at their best.  February 28th, 2010 saw the 73rd annual UofL Fryberger Greek Sing played out at the Palace Theater in downtown Louisville, KY.  The chapter had been through two months of preparation for this day and came out victorious!  Not only did Kappa Sigma receive first place, we also received "Most Entertaining Fraternity."  Our theme, "Old School Frat Rock," was surely a crowd pleaser.  This is just one of the ways the Mu-Eta chapter is proving the motto "Kappa Sigma: Number One, Second to None."  Special thanks goes to Brother Frizzell for his effort throughout the whole endeavor.  We also wish to thank our coach, Eric Hunstiger, for all his hard work.

A Mu-Eta was again elected to the SGA Top Four.  Brother Kurtis Frizzell was elected to the position of Academic Vice President on March 8th, 2010.  The SGA Top Four is comprised of Student Body President, Executive Vice President, Academic Vice President, and Services Vice President.  In addition to Brother Frizzell's victory, our Grand Master, Brother Corey McCoy, was elected to the J.B. Speed School Student Senate.  Thank you to all Mu-Eta brothers who helped out during the campaign!
